The people surveyed rated 3,100 public and private companies based on three aspects of trust – customer, investor, and employee. They measured their agreement with statements like "I trust in this company to treat me fairly as its customer," "I believe this company offers good opportunities for career development", "I believe this company would be a good long-term investment." The result? Being rated as not only great place to be a customer, but also a great place to work.
